As a frontline leader with dnata catering & retail or snapfresh, such as an Operations or Production Leading Hand, you will supervise and coordinate a set area, ensuring quality, productivity, and performance standards are met. Your leadership and organisational skills will guide the team in maintaining a safe work environment, improving processes, and meeting key goals.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversee the operation of catering trucks, production areas or stores areas, while setting a positive example for your team.
  • Supervise, train, and induct team members.
  • Ensure quality control and customer specifications are consistently met.
  • Maintain an organised work area, meeting productivity and performance targets.
  • Manage downtime, optimise labour and machinery, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Complete administrative and reporting duties accurately.
  • Demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and time management skills.
  • Apply safe manual handling techniques and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Be flexible and work in other areas as needed to meet operational demands.
