To address these structural factors, the Board has endorsed Gender Equality Targets for the 2026–2028 period. These targets focus on increasing female representation in driver roles, strengthening employee consultation on gender equality, and enhancing our sexual harassment prevention and response framework.
Progress against these priorities will be monitored through our governance processes and reported annually to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
